Responsabilités principales
Stratégie : élaborer des plans pour lancer de nouveaux produits, fixer les prix et atteindre les objectifs de revenus. Leadership : recruter, former et gérer le personnel des ventes et du marketing pour atteindre les objectifs de performance. Analyse de marché : étudier les tendances du marché local et les actions des concurrents pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Budget : gérer les dépenses départementales et suivre le retour sur investissement de toutes les campagnes.
Qualifications clés
Formation : licence en marketing, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience senior en vente, marketing ou gestion de clientèle. Une expérience dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier sera un atout supplémentaire. Compétences : solides capacités de leadership, d'analyse de données, de prise de parole en public et de négociation.
