Missions :
Effectuer les vérifications nécessaires auprès de tous les greffes des tribunaux et autres services gouvernementaux. Traiter les documents judiciaires. Mettre à jour les agendas des associés et du département. Préparer et présenter les mises à jour judiciaires. Tenir à jour et rendre accessibles tous les dossiers judiciaires. Assurer la liaison avec les greffes des tribunaux et les services gouvernementaux. Rédiger les documents judiciaires, les dates d'audience, les invitations des parties et les affidavits de signification. Veiller à ce que tous les documents juridiques soumis soient conformes à la loi et aux procédures judiciaires. Avoir des connaissances de base en rédaction d'actes de procédure.

Diplôme en droit ou dans tout domaine lié aux affaires. Au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Maîtrise des applications informatiques. Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et personnalité agréable. Un diplôme en droit serait un atout supplémentaire, bien que non essentiel. Un certificat valide de processeur de signification (Court Process Server Certificate) est obligatoire.
