Le Business Development Executive soutiendra le Business Development Manager dans la stimulation de la croissance, l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et l'établissement de relations d'affaires solides. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne proactive, analytique et passionnée par la création de valeur dans le secteur de la fintech et des paiements transfrontaliers.
Responsabilités clés
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du développement commercial pour identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de nouveaux partenariats. Mener des études de marché pour comprendre les besoins des clients, les activités des concurrents et les perspectives commerciales potentielles. Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients existants, en veillant à leur satisfaction, à leur fidélisation et à une collaboration à long terme. Aider à préparer des présentations, des propositions et des rapports pour les réunions avec les clients et les examens internes. Soutenir les équipes internes pour assurer une intégration fluide des clients et une prestation de services réussie. Suivre les performances commerciales et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de revenus mensuels et trimestriels. Participer à des visites sur le terrain, à des présentations clients et à des démonstrations de produits lorsque nécessaire.
Exigences
Licence en administration des affaires, finance, marketing ou domaine connexe. 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en développement commercial, ventes ou gestion de la relation client. Bonne compréhension du secteur des paiements transfrontaliers, des technologies financières et des tendances du marché. Solides compétences en communication, négociation et présentation. Capacité à mener des études de marché, analyser des données et fournir des informations pertinentes. Auto-motivé, axé sur les résultats et capable de travailler en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.
