This role is critical to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and real-time visibility into business performance. What You’ll Do: Manage day-to-day financial operations (payables, receivables, reconciliations) Prepare accurate financial reports and support management decision-making. Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Drive budget tracking, cost control, and financial planning Maintain clean, up-to-date records across all financial systems Collaborate with teams to ensure financial discipline across projects What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles Solid knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.
