Contexte : Sous la supervision directe de l'associé principal au support utilisateur (Wave), l'assistant au support utilisateur (Wave) aidera à traiter les tickets de niveau 2 soulevés par les utilisateurs finaux de Wave, conformément aux processus métier de l'OIM et aux bonnes pratiques des systèmes d'information de gestion.
**Qualifications et
s :**
Formation : Diplôme de licence dans des domaines liés aux fonctions financières de base de Wave ou en gestion des affaires/administration, délivré par un établissement académique accrédité, et deux (2) années d'expérience pertinente. Diplôme d'études secondaires avec quatre (4) années d'expérience pertinente. Les universités accréditées sont celles répertoriées dans la base de données mondiale de l'enseignement supérieur de l'UNESCO.
Expérience : Expérience de travail sur les modules financiers d'un système ERP dans un ou plusieurs de ces domaines : comptabilité / finance / trésorerie / budgétisation de projet et rapports.
Compétences : Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes techniques et métier internes. Capacité à traiter les informations et à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément. Bonnes compétences en priorisation des tâches et en organisation. Capacité à suivre les procédures établies et le processus de gestion de l'information.
