] Human Talent Consulting recrute pour une agence en BTP et génie civil des Chefs de projets. CDI | En local | Temps plein | Diego, Majunga, Antsirabe, Tamatave, Fianarantsoa, Tuléar.

[MISSIONS]

  • Préparer et contrôler les dossiers techniques en lien avec les maîtres d'œuvre
  • Participer aux appels d'offres, analyses des offres et attributions des marchés
  • Organiser le lancement des travaux et coordonner les parties prenantes (MOE, entreprises, bénéficiaires)
  • Suivre l'exécution des travaux sur site et vérifier la conformité contractuelle
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer la coordination opérationnelle
  • Contrôler les décomptes, situations de travaux et honoraires des intervenants
  • Gérer les aléas techniques et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes de chantier
  • Organiser les réceptions provisoires et définitives des travaux
  • Assurer le reporting technique et financier des projets
  • Gérer la documentation contractuelle et le suivi des bases de données projets
  • Veiller au respect des procédures qualité, environnement et sécurité (SMQE)
