Localisation
Objet: Recrutement d’un Coordinateur Adjoint EHA (Eau, Hygiène et Assainissement) – Solidarités International – Bunia/Goma Type de Contrat: CDD de 7 mois renouvelable sous réserve de financement
Qualifications requises : Diplôme supérieur (Master 2 ou équivalent) en génie civil, hydraulique, développement rural, construction/Bâtiment & travaux Publics, ou Gestion de projets.
Autres informations
Compétences techniques : Compétences solides en informatique (Microsoft Word, Excel). Connaissance des logiciels techniques Wash (Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Banet, QGIS, ARCHIS) serait un atout. Compétences avérées dans l’élaboration et la rédaction des rapports narratifs et techniques.
Responsabilités
Compétences personnelles : Engagement aux codes d’ONG internationales et humanitaires, intégrité de niveau élevé, capacités à s’exprimer en français et Swahili, capacités managériales avérées, sens de la diplomatie et de discrétion, dynamisme, capacités d’écoute, autonomie, grande rigueur dans le travail, esprit d’analyse, honnêteté et sens des responsabilités.
Formation / Diplômes
Expérience demandée : Expérience dans le secteur humanitaire 5 ans au moins, expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire, écriture de propositions de projets et rapports bailleurs, connaissance des bailleurs humanitaires et leurs spécificités, capacités de formation et d’animation d’un groupe de travail.
