Qualifications requises : Diplôme de graduat (ancien système PADEM) ou Licence LMD (BAC+3) en sciences économiques, comptabilité, fiscalité, gestion financière ou domaine similaire. Compétences techniques : Connaissance des procédures de mobilisation des recettes publiques, bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, gestion de caisse et rédaction de rapports.
Responsabilités
Compétences personnelles : Intégrité et éthique professionnelle irréprochables, excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication, esprit d’initiative, sens des responsabilités et capacité à travailler sous pression.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Minimum 1 an d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l’administration publique. La connaissance du territoire de Kindu et la maîtrise d’une langue locale constituent un atout majeur. Instructions
