Assistant(e) Comptable Stagiaire
Notre cabinet, situé à Cocody Angré Carrefour Les Oscars, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Comptable Stagiaire pour renforcer son équipe comptable. Le stage vise à permettre au candidat de maîtriser les tâches techniques courantes, l'utilisation des outils informatiques et bureautiques, et de développer son savoir-être professionnel.
Sous la supervision de la hiérarchie, le stagiaire aura pour mission :
Vérification, saisie et classement des pièces comptables ; Rapprochements bancaires ; Participation aux déclarations fiscales et sociales ; Participation à la gestion administrative liée aux opérations financières et au support de reporting ; Participer à l’organisation, aux classements et à l’archivage rigoureux des documents physiques et numériques ; Appui au suivi de la comptabilité générale.
Savoir-faire :
Avoir de bonnes connaissances des logiciels de gestion Sage et des outils bureautiques (Excel, Power Query, Word, PowerPoint) ; Utilisation de l'IA.
Savoir-être :
Rigoureux, organisé dans le travail ; Discret ; Esprit d’équipe, volonté d’apprendre, travailler sous pression ; Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ; Capacité d'analyse ; Capacité à prendre des initiatives ; Respect des délais et respect des règlements du cabinet.
Autres informations
Niveau d’étude : BAC+2/3 ; 3 mois minimum d’expérience ; en vue d’accroître son expérience professionnelle.
