L'Assistant(e) technique national en genre et inclusion soutiendra la mise en œuvre du FCSE en intégrant les enjeux de genre et d'inclusion. Il/elle sera responsable de l'opérationnalisation du plan d'action, de l'accompagnement des acteurs dans sa mise en œuvre, et du suivi des recommandations. Le poste nécessite une collaboration étroite avec divers acteurs pour garantir l'efficacité des actions entreprises. Ce rôle est essentiel pour améliorer le capital humain au Niger. Diplôme universitaire BAC+5 en genre, inclusion, éducation ou sciences sociales 5 ans d'expérience pertinente au Niger dans le domaine du genre et de l'inclusion Expérience en conception et suivi de programmes sensibles au genre Compétences en renforcement des capacités et animation d'ateliers Bonne expérience en suivi-évaluation avec indicateurs ventilés Excellentes capacités de rédaction et de communication en français
