Company: Kissel Foods Location: Kasoa-Buduburam, near KAAF University Salary: GHS 1,600 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description Kissel Foods is seeking a responsible, proactive and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the restaurant’s daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations, maintain high hygiene standards, and help drive the restaurant’s overall performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Coordinate the activities of Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and the Receptionist. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints. Monitor food quality, cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and punctuality. Ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Minimize food wastage and ensure proper use of restaurant supplies. Prepare basic daily sales, stock and operational reports. Train, motivate and support staff to maintain high performance. Ensure the restaurant is always clean, organized and welcoming. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum of SHS Certificate, HND or Degree. At least 2 years’ experience in a restaurant, hospitality or food service environment. Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are an advantage. Honest, organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
