Vos Responsabilités Principales Assurer un support client omnicanal (e-mail, chat, téléphone) en français et en anglais. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les requêtes des utilisateurs (comptes, commandes, produits). Garantir la satisfaction client en respectant les standards de qualité de Talent Pop App. Mettre à jour les bases de données et CRM après chaque interaction. Compétences & Critères De Sélection Compétences linguistiques : Niveau C 1/C 2 en français + anglais courant.
Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans le service client (environnement connecté, E-commerce ou centre de contact). Aptitudes : Rigueur, attention aux détails, gestion du stress et autonomie en télétravail.Équipement requis : PC/Laptop (i 5 minimum, 8 Go RAM), connexion fibre/haut débit (25 Mbps) et environnement de travail calme.
