Job Overview The Education Technology Implementation Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Cisco’s digital learning platforms, including Cisco Webex, Cisco Networking Academy, and related cloud‑based tools, across schools and higher‑education institutions in the Gicumbi district and surrounding regions. Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, including hardware procurement, network design, and software configuration. Coordinate with Cisco’s technical engineers to install, configure, and test networking equipment, servers, and learning platforms. Deliver on‑site and virtual training sessions for teachers, administrators, and IT staff, ensuring they can effectively use Cisco tools. Monitor deployment progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
