Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. The Human Resources department is responsible for managing, analyzing, and deriving actionable insights from HR data and metrics.   • Compile, evaluate, and report monthly HR insights, highlighting key risks, emerging trends, and strategic action plans for leadership review. Analyze workforce metrics to uncover opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and retention rates. Monitor key HR metrics on a monthly basis, ensuring consistent tracking and updating of an HR tracker or planner to reflect current data accurately. Provide regular updates on progress and offer actionable recommendations to both management and stakeholders. Collaborate with Department Heads to facilitate HR initiatives and track their implementation progress. Develops and implements strategies to evaluate, track, and enhance employee performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous improvement. Collaborates with leadership to establish clear performance metrics, conducts regular assessments, and provides constructive feedback to support professional growth and accountability. Analyzes performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and recommend targeted interventions, including training or development initiatives. Ensures compliance with performance management policies while maintaining transparency and fairness in evaluations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement and sustain the performance management and enhancement plan initiatives throughout all teams. Monthly, conduct performance review meetings with Department Heads, during which contract tracking decisions will be addressed when relevant. Document all meeting discussions, including established performance expectations and subsequent follow-up actions. Assist managers in identifying performance discrepancies and developing strategic enhancement initiatives to bridge identified gaps. Monitor and document team performance trends, outcomes, and interventions to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making. We are responsible for cultivating a robust recruitment strategy and maintaining a dynamic talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. This involves actively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing potential talent through strategic partnerships, employer branding initiatives, and proactive outreach efforts. Additionally, we collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives and leverage data-driven insights to refine our hiring processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and deliver weekly reports summarizing the status of recruitment pipelines and advancements in hiring initiatives. To establish a disciplined hiring cadence, the role will enforce a standardized recruitment process, thereby ensuring the seamless and continuous management of talent pipelines. Ensure a continuous pipeline of no fewer than 20 candidates for evergreen positions is always maintained.
  • Assist in enhancing the recruitment platform and optimizing the hiring process.
  • Facilitate and oversee strategic alliances with external organizations to enhance recruitment success and achieve desired hiring outcomes. Employee relations and performance management encompass the oversight of staff interactions, adherence to company policies, and the implementation of corrective measures when necessary. This role involves fostering a positive work environment, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include conducting disciplinary actions, documenting performance issues, and facilitating open communication between employees and management to promote accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee employee relations issues and disciplinary proceedings, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and established timelines. Efficiently resolve disciplinary matters, aiming to conclude each case within a 15-day timeframe whenever feasible and suitable. Support efforts aimed at minimizing involuntary exits by offering guidance on policies, facilitating training sessions to raise awareness, and assisting in performance management initiatives.

Expérience

  • Perform routine interactions on the production floor to proactively detect and address employee concerns before they escalate. Facilitate a variety of employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, targeted employee sessions, and branch-level interactions, to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment. Monthly, we analyze feedback from onboarding and exit processes to identify key insights, then translate these findings into tangible improvements through our “You Said – We Did” initiative, ensuring continuous enhancement of our employee experience.
  • To enhance engagement and feedback scores consistently each quarter. Conduct monthly Head of Department meetings and maintain detailed records of the discussions and decisions reached. Manages and oversees all aspects of employee leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role involves tracking leave balances, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, it requires addressing employee inquiries, coordinating with HR and management, and resolving any leave-related issues promptly. The position may also include analyzing leave trends, reporting on leave usage, and recommending improvements to leave policies as needed.
  • Ensure all leave requests are processed and reviewed within a 24–48-hour timeframe. Ensure leave records are meticulously maintained and fully synchronized with the system. Diligently identify and report any deviations from established guidelines or policy violations without delay.

Maintain timely processing of leave applications to prevent any accumulation of pending approvals. Monthly leave liability reports must be submitted by the second day of the month following the reporting period. The position involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, support, and effective communication across all relevant parties. Responsibilities include identifying stakeholder needs, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration to drive project success. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence without authority, and a proactive approach to managing expectations.
