As our business continues to expand we are looking for a pool of talented individuals that are self-starters’ and experienced to oversee business operations for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in various parts of the Country to fill the vacancies. Richmond Farms Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions: 1.0 INTERNAL AUDITOR (1 POSITION) Report to: Chief Executive Officer Job Purpose To provide independent assurance by evaluating internal controls, risk management, governance, and compliance across Bulk Oil, Cold Chain, and Dry Goods operations, while identifying risks, strengthening controls, and safeguarding company assets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan across Bulk Oil, Cold Chain, Dry Goods, and support functions. Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and inventory audits. Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements. Perform stock audits and verify the accuracy of financial and operational records. Review procurement, cash management, revenue, and payment processes for compliance. Investigate fraud, inventory variances, and other irregularities, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and prepare audit reports. Support enterprise risk management, external audits, and corporate governance initiatives. Promote compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and industry standards. Qualifications and Experience Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, ZICA, CIMA, CIA, Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) or the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is an added advantage. Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in internal auditing, external auditing, risk management, or financial controls, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or agribusiness. Sound knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, corporate governance, and audit methodologies. Good understanding of Zambian tax legislation, VAT, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other statutory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and audit software. 1.4 Competencies Strong analytical, investigative, report writing, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High ethical standards, integrity, confidentiality, and professional independence. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and travel to company operational sites when required. 2.0 ACCOUNTANT (1 POSITION) Report to: Finance Manager Job Purpose To provide support in the effective management of the Company’s accounting and financial operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining sound financial controls, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing financial information to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory obligations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance management. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations. Conduct financial analysis and provide management with insights to support decision-making. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting systems and financial processes. Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to finance staff. Support business expansion initiatives through financial modelling and investment analysis. Qualifications and Experience Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance ACCA, ZICA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in a similar role. Chartered Accountant and Membership with ZICA. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles. Sound knowledge of VAT, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, Withholding Tax, and other statutory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. 2.4 Competencies Financial Reporting and Analysis Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Attention to Detail and Accuracy Integrity and Professional Ethics Planning, Organisation, and Time Management 3.0 STOCK CONTROLLER (1 POSITION) Report to: Manager Cold Chain Operations Job Purpose The Stock Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels for raw materials, carcasses, packaging, and finished meat products. The role demands high attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong understanding of stock movement within a meat processing operation. The successful candidate will work closely with the production, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate stock records and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. Conduct stock counts, reconcile variances, and monitor inventory movements. Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance. Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and report discrepancies or potential losses. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and inventory control standards. Collaborate with Production, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to support efficient inventory management and accurate stock costing. Support stock planning and replenishment to meet operational and customer demand. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 School Certificate. Certificate or diploma in Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 3 years’ stock control experience, preferably in Meat processing, Food production or FMCG manufacturing Proven experience with stock management systems and MS Excel. 3.4 Competencies Strong numerical and analytical skills. High accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Good understanding of production processes, yields, and cold room operations. Ability to identify stock variances and propose corrective measures. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail. 4.0 DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT (1 POSITION) Report to: Partnership Assistant Job Purpose To support the efficient distribution of the Company’s products by coordinating order picking, loading, dispatch, delivery documentation, and inventory movements to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify customer orders for dispatch. Coordinate the loading, dispatch, and delivery of products in line with delivery schedules. Ensure accurate completion of delivery notes, invoices, and other dispatch documentation. Monitor stock movements and reconcile dispatched quantities with inventory records. Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Track deliveries and promptly resolve distribution and customer delivery issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and quality standards. Maintain accurate distribution records and prepare routine distribution reports. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. 4.3 Qualifications and Experience Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
