We are currently recruiting three (3) additional Board Members, each bringing specialized expertise in the following key areas: Grant Management & Resource Mobilization (1 Position) This role will involve overseeing the acquisition, allocation, and tracking of grant funding, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing competitive proposals, and managing relationships with donors and partners. Additionally, the position requires strong financial acumen to allocate resources efficiently, monitor expenditures, and report on grant performance. Experience in grant compliance, budget management, and stakeholder engagement is essential for this role. The successful applicant must demonstrate a proven track record in:
• Responsible for drafting grant proposals and cultivating relationships with donors to secure funding opportunities. We are seeking a highly organized professional responsible for overseeing grant management, ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, and delivering accurate and timely reporting. Professional Rewriting: Developing and implementing effective resource mobilization and fundraising strategies to secure necessary financial support and resources for organizational growth and initiatives. We research and pursue grant prospects from both local and international funding organizations to secure necessary financial support. Forging and sustaining high-impact strategic alliances with donors, development organizations, and the private sector.

Providing strategic guidance to the Board regarding strategies for diversifying income streams, enhancing fundraising efforts, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization. Strategic planning and organizational development initiatives are key responsibilities of this role. Legal Consultant (1 Position) We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Expert to join our team, responsible for providing specialized legal guidance and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Juries Doctor degree from an accredited institution, be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, and demonstrate at least five years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal field. Key responsibilities include advising on complex legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and representing the organization in negotiations or disputes as needed. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders are essential. The position requires a candidate who demonstrates proficiency in the following areas: A law degree, along with pertinent professional practice, is required. Demonstrates a solid understanding of non-profit governance principles and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

• Proficiency in evaluating contracts, policies, and governance documents.
• Capable of offering strategic legal counsel to the Board of Directors. Human Resources Specialist (1 Position) The preferred applicant must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Professional human resources leadership and strategic organizational development.
• Performance management systems.
