Deputy General Manager - Douala

We are seeking on behalf of one of our clients operating in the palm oil and soap refinery sector. Position summary Reporting directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (PDG), the Deputy General Manager assists the CEO in the strategic and operational management of the company. In the CEO's absence, you will assume leadership responsibilities within the scope of delegated authority. Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership Assist the CEO in developing SORAC S.A's strategic plan Replace the CEO in official bodies when unavailable Develop the industrial development plan in collaboration with the Director of Operations and Commercial Director Ensure implementation of the company's strategic marketing and industrial plan Operational Management Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Operations Department, Commercial & Marketing Department, and Quality SHE Department Set objectives for functional directors and monitor achievement of these objectives Chair and lead Industrial and Marketing Committees Assist the CEO in leading the Executive Committee, serving as Vice-President Communication & Partnerships Ensure communication between the company's various operational units Supervise and manage communication with the company's social, technical, and financial partners Gedepat est une société spécialisée dans le développement et la gestion de patrimoine.
