Stagiaire Assistant(e) Polyvalent(e) — Communication et Rédaction

Lieu : Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire (télétravail principalement, avec quelques déplacements dans le district des Lagunes)
Contexte : Sanifers est une marketplace en cours de création. Elle va connecter acheteurs et vendeurs en Côte d'Ivoire, puis dans toute la zone UEMOA. La holding est basée à La Rochelle. Le poste, lui, s'exerce en Côte d'Ivoire : surtout en télétravail, avec quelques déplacements dans le district des Lagunes. La fondatrice rédige elle-même les documents de l'entreprise : contenus, guides, documents administratifs. Elle cherche une assistante polyvalente pour l'aider sur trois missions : la communication et la mise en forme des contenus, l'appui administratif, et le terrain.

** Vous travaillez directement avec la fondatrice. Voici vos missions :
Communication et rédaction : mise en forme des contenus, rédaction de supports de communication, gestion des réseaux sociaux, appui à la création de contenu pour la marketplace.
Appui administratif : classement, suivi de dossiers, préparation de documents administratifs, gestion de l'agenda.
Terrain : participation à des rendez-vous, prospection, représentation de l'entreprise lors d'événements.
