Évaluer, planifier, mettre en œuvre et évaluer les soins individualisés aux patients. Surveiller l'état des patients et signaler rapidement tout changement au clinicien traitant. Administrer les médicaments et les traitements prescrits. Tenir à jour des dossiers patients et une documentation infirmière précis et opportuns. Éduquer les patients et leurs familles sur la prévention des maladies, le traitement et la promotion de la santé. Assurer le respect des normes de prévention et de contrôle des infections. Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour fournir des services de santé de qualité. Respecter en tout temps la sécurité des patients, la confidentialité et l'éthique professionnelle infirmière.

Diplôme ou licence en soins infirmiers d'un établissement reconnu. Inscrit et autorisé par le Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) avec une licence d'exercice valide. Au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente constituera un atout supplémentaire.

Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement de soins de santé en évolution rapide. Professionnalisme, intégrité et engagement envers des soins de qualité démontrés.
