The purpose of this upcoming contract involves delivering OCT Yard Management services, supported by skilled personnel and appropriate operational infrastructure, within the designated permit area. All equipment must operate autonomously, independent of COMPANY’s logistics support infrastructure. We are responsible for overseeing the management of OCT Rubber and 4-1/2″ Wire Wrapped Screws (WWS) stockyard, including COMPANY-supplied items, in strict compliance with API 521 standards and OEM guidelines for Carbon Steel and 15% Chromium (12Cr) OCT and screens, as applicable. This encompasses a range of critical tasks, including the receipt of new stock and returned items, inspection, secure storage, handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination, as well as preservation measures and the proper rig preparation of tubular and WWS. Equipped with cranes, forklifts, trucks, and hoisting and slinging apparatus, the role involves supplying all necessary lifting equipment within the designated permit area of the COMPANY’s base. Provide maintenance services for COMPANY goods in accordance with the recommended intervals set forth by the OEM and API 5C1.
Perform makeup and breakdown operations for sub-assemblies (bulking unit) on COMPANY-supplied components, including but not limited to OCT, shoe, flat roller, pulp worries, crossover, and completion sub-assemblies (e.g., RIO, DH-EN, landing nipple), in strict accordance with COMPANY specifications. All activities and stock levels must be reviewed weekly at minimum. A digital Inventory Management System (IMS) could potentially be introduced. Highly skilled operational and technical professionals are required, encompassing roles in inspection, logistics, maintenance, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and health, safety, and environment (HSE), among others. Provide comprehensive logistics services for COMPANY WORKSHOPS, utilizing qualified contractors and personnel who adhere to internationally recognized industry standards. The company is seeking a qualified provider capable of delivering OCT Yard Management Services during drilling and work over activities. The selected supplier must adhere to the company’s technical specifications to ensure efficient and timely operations, enabling the rig to receive OCT as required by its operational schedule. Additionally, the supplier should address environmental considerations and establish a facility close to the Industrial Area.
