Missions :
1. Reporting financier et analyse
Préparer et examiner les documents financiers pour garantir leur exactitude et leur conformité aux normes. Générer des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels à destination de la direction et des parties prenantes. Réaliser des activités de budgétisation et de prévision pour orienter la planification financière. Analyser les données financières afin d'identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunités de réduction des coûts ou d'augmentation des revenus.
2. Conformité et audit
Assurer la conformité avec les lois fiscales, les normes comptables et les exigences réglementaires. Coordonner les audits internes et externes, en fournissant la documentation et les explications nécessaires. Mettre en œuvre et superviser les contrôles internes pour protéger les actifs et prévenir la fraude.
3. Finance opérationnelle
Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients, en veillant à des rapprochements en temps opportun. Superviser les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle. Résoudre les écarts dans les documents financiers et tenir des grands livres précis.
4. Élaboration de politiques et de processus
Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures financières. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des systèmes financiers et des cadres de reporting.
5. Leadership et mentorat
Fournir des conseils techniques en comptabilité à la direction. Encadrer et soutenir les comptables juniors ou les stagiaires, en assurant le transfert de connaissances. Collaborer avec les différents services pour aligner les pratiques financières sur les objectifs organisationnels.
