Consequently, we are now seeking applications from skilled, enthusiastic, and committed educators to fill the following roles: Business Studies Teacher We seek a dedicated and qualified educator to teach Business Studies at the secondary level. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, along with a valid teaching certification. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, assessing student performance, and fostering a dynamic learning environment. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and participate in professional development opportunities. Strong communication, organizational, and subject-matter expertise are essential for success in this role. This role involves instructing students in Business Studies, Principles of Accounts, and Commerce, with a focus on enhancing their theoretical and practical numeracy proficiencies. Additionally, it aims to cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities within the learners. Candidate Profile Original: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. High school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Diploma/Degree in Business Studies. Minimum three years of secondary school teaching experience is required. Proficiently instruct students across Form 1 to Grade 12. Interpret the Competence-Based Syllabus accurately and develop corresponding schemes of work in alignment with its requirements. A strong proficiency in computer applications along with a creative and innovative mindset is required. Holding a current and active practicing license issued by the Teaching Council of Zambia is a mandatory qualification for this position. PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER Highly effective teaching of students from Reception through Grade 7, along with strategic planning, delivery, and attainment of 100% pass rates in both internal and external assessments, is essential. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for education, a deep commitment to child development, and an unwavering dedication to achieving academic excellence. Candidate Profile 12 years of formal education or a recognized equivalent credential is required. Holder of a degree in Primary Education. A current and valid practicing license issued by the Teaching Council of Zambia is required. Primary educators instruct young learners in foundational academic and developmental skills. Possession of an Early Childhood Education qualification is beneficial. A minimum of three years of hands-on teaching experience in an elementary educational environment is required. Proficiency in English, computer literacy, and the capability to implement Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC) and Competence-Based Teaching methodologies are required.
