These resources are intended to facilitate the successful implementation of the initiative. The Children’s Code Act No. 12 of 2022 is a legislative framework designed to safeguard the rights and welfare of children, ensuring their protection and promoting their best interests in all matters concerning their upbringing and development. . The consultancy will encompass a thorough review of current advocacy materials, as well as pertinent legal and policy frameworks. It will also involve engaging with essential stakeholders, crafting standardized advocacy resources, conducting a validation workshop, and finalizing materials for dissemination. The project is required to be completed within the specified timeframe. 30 working days . Consultants or firms seeking to engage in this assignment must demonstrate proven expertise in child rights programming, legal and policy analysis, advocacy, communications, and the creation of knowledge products. Prior collaboration with government entities, civil society organizations, and development partners on child protection and policy advocacy initiatives will be highly advantageous. Prospective candidates are encouraged to provide the following materials: Technical Proposal; Financial Proposal; A current Curriculum Vitae (CV) for the lead consultant and any relevant key personnel, as applicable, should be submitted.
