The Operations Officer for Sustainable Infrastructure Advisory at the World Bank Group will support the delivery of advisory services focused on energy and mining infrastructure. This role involves client engagement, business development, and project management to identify sustainability issues and design innovative solutions. The officer will also contribute to knowledge creation and dissemination on sustainability topics. The position is based in Dakar, Senegal, and requires strong experience in the energy sector and expertise in climate adaptation and resilience. Master's degree in relevant discipline Minimum eight years of relevant experience Understanding of SDGs, ESG, and sustainability reporting Proven track record in managing complex operations Ability to develop stakeholder relations General understanding of IFC operations Excellent communication skills in English and French Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to recognize market innovations
