The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cafe / hospitality management, excellent leadership abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and eager to stay hands-on with both operations and product knowledge. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and exceptional customer service standards Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations Ensure punctuality and time efficiency across all operations and team members Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and overall profitability Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the café at all times Support and guide staff in the preparation of beverages, including coffee, matcha, boba, and other specialty drinks Oversee and contribute to the café’s social media presence and customer engagement strategies Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Café Manager or in a similar hospitality management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and people management skills Highly time-conscious with strong organizational abilities Willingness to learn and stay actively involved in beverage preparation and café operations Strong knowledge (or willingness to learn) how to prepare drinks such as coffee, matcha, boba, and other specialty beverages Very articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Social media savvy, with the ability to promote the café and engage customers online Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience managing high-volume cafés or premium service environments Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools Key Competencies: Leadership and team development Customer service excellence Communication and articulation Time management and organization Operational efficiency Adaptability and willingness to learn Digital awareness and social media engagement Salary : Attractive Location : Abeka Road - CPG Bank Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
