Formation / Diplômes :
Diplôme supérieur (Master ou équivalent) en Droit des Affaires, Finance, Audit, Gestion des Risques ou domaine connexe. Les certifications en conformité bancaire, AML/CFT ou gouvernance d’entreprise constituent un atout majeur.
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise approfondie des réglementations de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC) et de l’ARPTC applicables aux institutions financières et fintechs. Expertise avérée en matière de normes KYC, AML/CFT et gestion des risques opérationnels. Capacité à rédiger des politiques internes, des manuels de procédures et des rapports réglementaires complexes. Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés aux partenariats avec les banques et les opérateurs de télécommunications.
Compétences personnelles (Soft skills) :
Rigueur absolue, intégrité irréprochable et sens élevé de l’éthique. Excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse pour évaluer les risques. Diplomatie et aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec les régulateurs et les partenaires stratégiques. Leadership et capacité à vulgariser les enjeux de conformité auprès des équipes opérationnelles.
Expérience :
Expérience significative (niveau Cadre de collaboration) exigée dans un poste similaire en conformité, audit interne ou gestion des risques, idéalement acquise dans le secteur bancaire, de la microfinance ou de la fintech.
