Le/la UX Product Manager – PAYGo Phones sera responsable de l'expérience produit pour les clients de smartphones financés en paiement à l'usage (pay-as-you-go) de Sun King, ainsi que pour les agents commerciaux, détaillants et le personnel terrain qui soutiennent l'activité Smart Phone sur l'ensemble des marchés de Sun King, depuis l'acquisition des clients jusqu'à l'activation, l'utilisation et tout au long du cycle de vie client. Ce rôle est responsable de garantir des parcours clients sans friction, des outils robustes pour les agents et les équipes terrain, des intégrations techniques évolutives et des processus commerciaux efficaces qui facilitent la génération de leads, la conversion et la fidélisation. En faisant le pont entre le matériel, le financement et les opérations commerciales, ce rôle assure que notre entonnoir numérique et nos outils terrain sont optimisés.
