Responsabilités clés :
Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective des machines et équipements de production. Diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques et effectuer les réparations pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt de production. Entretenir les machines d'emballage de thé, convoyeurs, élévateurs à godets, moteurs, engrenages, systèmes pneumatiques et autres équipements d'usine. Effectuer des inspections de routine et assurer le fonctionnement efficace et sécurisé des équipements. Préparer des rapports de maintenance et soumettre des demandes de pièces de rechange via le système ERP. Respecter toutes les procédures de santé, sécurité et environnement. Maintenir un atelier et une zone de travail propres et organisés. Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue pour améliorer la fiabilité des équipements et les performances de l'usine.

Diplôme en Génie Mécanique, Génie Mécatronique, Génie de Fabrication ou une certification technique reconnue. 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en maintenance dans un environnement de fabrication ou de production continue. Solides connaissances des systèmes mécaniques, de la maintenance préventive et du dépannage d'équipements. Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins mécaniques et des manuels techniques.

Compétences informatiques de base, y compris MS Office ; la connaissance des systèmes ERP et de la CAO est un atout supplémentaire. Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
