Documentation & Security Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All corporate facilities agreements undergo thorough review and rigorous vetting following business approval. Review and compile corporate securities documentation to facilitate lending transactions.
• Provide clear and precise guidance to external legal counsel to ensure the flawless completion of securities transactions. Proficient in overseeing and directing law firms and external legal counsel engaged in the completion of securities transactions. Draft, finalize, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Charters that regulate post-approval processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Formation / Diplômes

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of securities data by adhering to established processes or systems. Additionally, generate dependable management information systems (MIS) and compile diverse reports for dissemination to business teams and the Credit department. Develop and execute a real-time security tracking system, submitting weekly reports to verify ongoing progress and anticipated closure timelines. Responsibilities include drafting, finalizing, and carefully examining all lending documentation, such as facility agreements and security documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
