Nous recherchons un développeur senior full-stack capable de prendre en charge des fonctionnalités de bout en bout, de prendre des décisions techniques judicieuses de manière autonome et de livrer du code prêt pour la production — sans avoir besoin d'être supervisé ou de points hebdomadaires pour rester sur la bonne voie.

Ce sur quoi vous travaillerez
Construire et maintenir des fonctionnalités full-stack en Next.js (App Router) et TypeScript
Concevoir et consommer des API RESTful pour les données financières — taux, transactions, soldes, flux de comptes
Implémenter des composants d'interface utilisateur sécurisés et performants ainsi que des couches de récupération de données
Collaborer en mode asynchrone avec une équipe légère sur un produit qui doit évoluer de manière fiable
Participer aux revues d'architecture et de code avec un niveau d'exigence élevé en matière de clarté et de maintenabilité
Compétences obligatoires :
4 ans et plus d'expérience professionnelle full-stack
Expérience pratique approfondie avec Next.js (App Router de préférence) et TypeScript
Solides bases backend — Node.js, Express ou équivalent, SQL/PostgreSQL
Expérience dans la construction ou l'intégration d'API financières ou réglementées (bancaires, paiements, crédit)
Capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome : vous gérez votre temps, signalez les blocages tôt et n'attendez pas qu'on vous dise quoi faire
Mentalité de code propre — vous écrivez pour la maintenabilité, pas seulement pour livrer
Compétences appréciées :
Expérience avec les données en temps réel, WebSockets ou architectures événementielles
Familiarité avec Kafka, Redis ou les files d'attente de messages en contexte de production
Connaissance des marchés financiers africains (mobile money, USSD, rails de paiement locaux)
Expérience avec Docker et le déploiement conteneurisé
