EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Accomplished healthcare professional with proven expertise in administrative operations, quality assurance protocols, or regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector. A degree or certification in healthcare administration would be considered an asset. Professional registration and a valid license to practice issued by the Health Professions Council of Zimbabwe (HPCZ) and/or the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zimbabwe (NMCZ) are essential requirements.

EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS With a minimum of six years of hands-on clinical experience, candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in patient care and medical procedures. A minimum of two years of professional experience in healthcare quality assurance, facility audits, clinical leadership, administration, compliance, accreditation, or healthcare operations is required. Professional healthcare experience, particularly in occupational health, emergency care, urgent treatment oversight, or healthcare facility accreditation, will be considered advantageous. KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Quality Assurance and Compliance professionals are responsible for ensuring that organizational processes, products, and services adhere to established standards, regulations, and best practices. They develop, implement, and monitor quality control measures to identify and mitigate risks, while also verifying compliance with legal, industry-specific, and internal policies. These professionals conduct audits, inspections, and testing to assess adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as needed. Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Oversee quality assurance processes implemented across occupational health facilities and first aid stations.
