• Designing and delivering practical driving lessons that cater to the diverse needs and skill levels of learners.
• Delivering comprehensive training on vehicle components, their functions, and adherence to road regulations.
• Preparing and submitting detailed records and updates regarding the driver’s performance and development.
• You will be responsible for promptly reporting all accidents and incidents to the logistics and workshop manager. You will be responsible for managing and updating all driver training folders and records to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards. Assist the logistics manager in the recruitment and onboarding process for new driver positions.
• Facilitating weekly toolbox meetings with drivers to ensure safety and operational alignment.
• Post-accident behind-the-wheel re-training.
• Ensuring transportation-related driver training manuals and materials remain current and accurate.
• Under the guidance of the Environmental Safety Manager and the Logistics Manager, you will develop and execute safety meetings. As required, you will plan and execute driving routes and field trips to ensure efficient and effective travel arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking any additional responsibilities as directed by the Logistics Manager. Daily oversight of assigned drivers and monitors is required to verify that duties are performed correctly and consistently. The Required Qualifications Are
• Grade GCE/12 Certificate
• Applicants must possess a valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Driving License.
• A valid driver’s license appropriate for the teaching level is required.
• Possession of a current and valid Driving Instructor’s License or Certification is required. Demonstrated expertise in the field of driving instruction, with a track record of successfully guiding learners through the complexities of operating a vehicle.
• Clear driving record. The essential qualifications for this position encompass the following competencies and proficiencies.
• Strong interpersonal, client service, and decision-making abilities.
• Possesses keen auditory and visual acuity along with overall physical fitness.
• Capacity to maintain prolonged sitting periods while adjusting to varying driving circumstances.
