The role ensures work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities. Ensure work aligns with project plans, drawings, and timelines. Monitor site productivity and report progress to the Project Manager. Enforce quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics. Maintain accurate site records and reports.
