Teacher (Primary and Junior Secondary)

Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month

We are hiring a passionate, organized, and tech-savvy Teacher to support learning across Primary and Junior Secondary levels. This role is ideal for an educator who can deliver strong instruction, plan engaging lessons, and help learners build confidence, curiosity, and future-ready skills.

Location

Lekki (Eleganza axis), Lagos

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Start Date

Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction across core subjects for Primary and JSS levels

Prepare weekly/termly lesson plans aligned with learning goals and student needs

Use project-based learning, practical activities, and real-world examples

Create, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and projects

Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and learning summaries

Provide academic support, guidance, and structure that builds strong learning habits

Maintain a safe, calm, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Proven teaching experience with Primary and/or Junior Secondary students

Strong lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management skills

Comfortable using technology for teaching and planning (digital resources, slides, online tools, etc.)

Excellent communication skills and professionalism

Highly organized, attentive to detail, reliable, and punctual

Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about empowering children for a great future

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Education degree or teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed, PGDE, TRCN)

Experience with small-group instruction or personalized learning

Strong creativity in designing projects and learning activities

Transportation & Availability

Must be able to commute reliably to Lekki (ORCHID ROAD) Monday–Friday

Consistent punctuality is essential
