Goodman International Ltd recrute un Chauffeur (2 postes) basé à Mbarara.

Conduire les véhicules de l'entreprise selon les instructions de la direction ou du responsable hiérarchique. Toujours détenir et maintenir un permis de conduire valide. Veiller à l'hygiène personnelle et à la propreté. Maintenir le(s) véhicule(s) propres à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Utiliser le(s) véhicule(s) en toute sécurité en portant toujours la ceinture de sécurité. Conduire selon les itinéraires planifiés et programmés conformément aux trajets spécifiés. Participer à l'entretien du véhicule (graissage, petites réparations, etc.). Assurer un transport sûr et ponctuel des visiteurs de l'entreprise du point de départ à la destination. Représenter professionnellement l'entreprise par une conduite responsable et une tenue soignée. Enregistrer et maintenir des relevés de kilométrage précis dans les carnets de bord. Tenir à jour les dossiers, documents et carnets de bord relatifs au véhicule. Signaler tout accident ou incident impliquant des conducteurs ou du matériel de l'entreprise. Signaler rapidement tout retard dû à des pannes, intempéries, conditions de circulation ou autres urgences, ou en cas d'irrégularités concernant la livraison ou l'enlèvement de produits. Signaler tout problème d'entretien au responsable de parc ou au superviseur pour un traitement rapide. Effectuer toutes les tâches conformément aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, et respecter toutes les règles gouvernementales et de circulation.

Le candidat idéal doit : posséder un certificat d'études de niveau ordinaire (O-Level) ; détenir un permis de conduire valide avec les classes B, A et C1 ; avoir un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience active de conduite ; connaître la région locale et avoir un bon sens de l'orientation ; comprendre les schémas de circulation ; être fiable et digne de confiance ; être un joueur d'équipe ; de préférence ne pas avoir plus de 30 ans ; être résident de Mbarara Town ou des environs, ou strictement prêt à déménager à Mbarara.

Goodman International is hiring a Driver (2) with the following responsibilities based in Mbarara; Key Duties and Responsibilities: Drive any company vehicles as assigned by management or line manager. Always keep and maintain a Valid Driving Permit. Personal hygiene and cleanliness are key. Keep the Vehicle(s) clean inside and out. Use the Vehicle (s) in a safe manner at all times, always wearing safety belts. Drive according to planned and programs routes as per specified trips. Help with maintenance of the Vehicle (greasing small repairs, etc.) Perform a safe and timely transportation of company visitors from origin to destination. Maintain Professional representation of the Company through responsible driving and appearance. Record and maintain accurate mileage readings in the mileage log books. Maintain files, records of documents and mileage books regarding the vehicle. Report all accidents and incidents involving drivers and Company equipment Promptly report all delays due to breakdowns, weather or traffic conditions or other emergencies, or in the event of irregularities relating to delivery or pick up of Products. Report any maintenance problems to the Fleet Manager or Supervisor for timely handling. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and comply with all Government and traffic rules. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal Driver candidate should; Possess an Ordinary Level Certificate of Education (O-Level). Possess a valid driving permit with B, A, and C1 classes Have a minimum of Three (3) years of active driving experience Be familiar with the local area and a good sense of direction. Have understanding of traffic patterns. Be reliable and trustworthy. Must be a team Player. Preferably not above 30 years of age. Be a resident of Mbarara Town/surrounding areas, or be strictly willing to relocate to Mbarara.. Sharing is Caring!
