Key Responsibilities Produce professional-grade photographs at weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other commemorative gatherings. Utilize Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or comparable editing software to enhance and refine images through editing and retouching. Before, during, and after events, photography equipment is installed and managed. Verify that all images adhere to Echo Events Media’s established quality benchmarks. Efficiently organize, maintain backups, and manage digital files to ensure optimal accessibility and data integrity. Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients, guests, and team members throughout assigned tasks. Adhere to established company photography processes and maintain high editing benchmarks. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of photography equipment, ensuring all items remain in optimal working condition. Any malfunctions or concerns must be reported without delay to prevent disruptions in operations. Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed to accommodate event schedules. Minimum Requirements We seek candidates with a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in professional photography. Required proficiency in photo editing software, specifically Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop. A compilation showcasing proficiency in photography and post-processing techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Demonstrates a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and actively seeks opportunities to receive constructive feedback and coaching. Proven capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Individuals possessing the following qualifications will receive priority consideration: Reside in Lusaka , particularly within or near Libava, Chinese, Tabata, or Chalaza. . Have experience photographing events. Equipped with foundational understanding of camera lighting principles and flash photography techniques. Can start immediately.
