Job Description To oversee delinquent accounts and facilitate their recovery by initiating proactive customer outreach, addressing credit-related inquiries, and negotiating mutually agreeable payment plans. This role encompasses the compilation and upkeep of precise credit data, the generation of pertinent reports, and the procurement of required approvals for refinancing and repossession activities. Its primary objective is to minimize delinquencies and bolster revenue recovery within established parameters. Must possess authenticated educational credentials as verified by ZARA. Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget while maximizing cost-saving opportunities. Gather outstanding balances and engage in discussions to establish mutually acceptable Repayment Arrangement Requests (Cars). Provide outstanding service that consistently surpasses customer expectations by implementing proactive, creative, and tailored solutions. Research and innovate new Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting frameworks specifically tailored for risk management purposes. Through comprehensive data mining and analysis, extract and process information into clear, actionable insights. Perform risk assessments of the customer portfolio by entering data into Regulatory Credit Risk reports and models, thereby safeguarding the bank’s future business interests by mitigating potential risks. Model development, construction, and testing of predictive, pricing, and profitability models are essential responsibilities, involving ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of collections and credit models. To foster ongoing professional growth, take ownership of continuous skill enhancement and the expansion of personal competencies.
