Required Skills Proficiency in computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, as well as communication hardware and software, access control systems, and CCTV systems, is required. Tasks & Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems while delivering technical support to end users in the efficient operation of these technologies. Maintain up-to-date records of computer hardware inventory, including related components and their current status. Proficient in installing, configuring, maintaining, and updating server software and hardware components, including operating systems, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
