IT Systems Infrastructure Support Specialist
AB Bank Zambia recrute un IT Systems Infrastructure Support Specialist pour renforcer son équipe technique.

Le titulaire sera responsable de l'installation, de la maintenance et du dépannage des systèmes informatiques matériels et logiciels, tout en fournissant un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de ces technologies.
Missions
Installer, maintenir et dépanner les systèmes informatiques matériels et logiciels, y compris les postes de travail, ordinateurs portables, tablettes et imprimantes, ainsi que les équipements de communication, les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV). Assurer la maintenance et la mise à jour des serveurs, des systèmes d'exploitation, des pare-feu et des solutions antivirus. Tenir à jour les registres d'inventaire du matériel informatique, y compris les composants associés et leur état actuel.

Maîtrise des technologies matérielles et logicielles, y compris les postes de travail, ordinateurs portables, tablettes et imprimantes, ainsi que les équipements de communication, les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV). Compétences en réseaux informatiques, surveillance des performances, gestion des actifs et systèmes de ticketing/service desk. Capacité à travailler en collaboration, à articuler des stratégies claires et à motiver les membres de l'équipe. Une qualification informatique de niveau tertiaire est requise, avec une certification ZARA obligatoire. Les candidates hautement qualifiées sont vivement encouragées à postuler.
