AB Bank Zambia recherche un(e) IT Systems Support Specialist pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de ses infrastructures informatiques. Ce poste requiert une expertise technique pointue et un sens aigu de la collaboration.
Missions
Vous serez en charge de l'installation, du dépannage et de la maintenance des systèmes informatiques (matériels et logiciels), incluant les ordinateurs de bureau, portables, tablettes et imprimantes. Vous apporterez un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux pour garantir le fonctionnement optimal de ces technologies. Vous assurerez également la tenue à jour et l'exactitude des registres d'inventaire pour le matériel informatique, ses composants associés et leur état actuel. Enfin, vous serez compétent(e) dans l'installation, la maintenance, la modification et la mise à niveau des serveurs et logiciels associés, y compris les systèmes d'exploitation, les pare-feu et les solutions antivirus.

Les
incluent une maîtrise à la fois du matériel et des logiciels informatiques, notamment les postes de travail, ordinateurs portables, tablettes et imprimantes, ainsi qu'une expertise dans les logiciels et matériels de communication, les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV). Une bonne connaissance des réseaux informatiques, de la supervision des performances, de la gestion des actifs et des systèmes de ticketing/service desk est indispensable. Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) collaboratif(ve) avec une capacité avérée à articuler des visions stratégiques et à motiver efficacement les membres de l'équipe. Une qualification tertiaire en informatique est requise, ainsi que la certification ZARA obligatoire.
