Le candidat idéal doit maîtriser à la fois le matériel et les logiciels informatiques, notamment les ordinateurs de bureau, portables, tablettes et imprimantes, ainsi que les équipements et logiciels de communication, les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV). Une solide compréhension des principes de réseautique informatique, une maîtrise des méthodologies de suivi des performances, une familiarité avec les pratiques de gestion des actifs et une expérience des systèmes de ticketing ou de service desk sont requises. Le candidat doit démontrer une capacité avérée à collaborer efficacement au sein d'une équipe, en articulant des stratégies claires et en motivant ses collègues vers des objectifs communs. Missions :
Installer, réparer et modifier les systèmes matériels et logiciels informatiques, tout en offrant un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de ces technologies. Tenir à jour des registres d'inventaire précis et actualisés pour le matériel informatique, les composants associés et leur état actuel. Être compétent dans le déploiement, la gestion, la mise à jour et l'amélioration de l'infrastructure serveur, y compris les systèmes d'exploitation, les pare-feux et les solutions antivirus.

Une qualification tertiaire en informatique est exigée, ainsi que la certification ZARA obligatoire.
