• Manage and monitor infrastructure resources. Craft, deploy, and oversee the complete lifecycle of virtual network functions (VNFs), virtual machines (VMs), and virtual network function components (VNFCs). Collaborate with application owners to address and resolve infrastructure-related issues and hypervisor-related concerns, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability through coordinated troubleshooting efforts. IP design and optimization
• Develop and deploy IP network architectures that not only meet present requirements but also scale to accommodate future growth, prioritizing network availability in all design decisions. • Manage end-to-end connectivity for corporate customers. Regularly implement updates as advised by software vendors to maintain system security and functionality. Ensure robust system security for the Packet Core and its entire network domain, consistently reinforcing protective measures and safeguarding against potential threats. Packet Core planning and organization Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for the Packet Core network environment, including its associated network elements. Provide strategic guidance to the business on cutting-edge, optimal solutions to strengthen Viacom’s position as the market leader.
