Détails du stage
La durée du stage est d'au moins trois mois, avec possibilité de prolongation jusqu'à six mois. Nos programmes de formation sont minutieusement conçus pour répondre aux besoins de développement de chaque stagiaire.

Vous bénéficierez d'un soutien constant de la part du département Apprentissage et Développement et du Coordinateur de Formation Départemental, qui vous fourniront une formation, un mentorat et un coaching essentiels adaptés à votre rôle.

Formation, qualifications et expérience
Vous devez être inscrit dans un programme ou une université réputée en gestion hôtelière, démontrant un enthousiasme sincère pour le secteur de l'hôtellerie. De plus, la maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé est essentielle, ainsi qu'une apparence personnelle soignée et professionnelle.
Compétences et connaissances
Le stagiaire doit démontrer sa capacité à collaborer efficacement au sein d'une équipe multiculturelle diversifiée, en faisant preuve de compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles et en remplissant les compétences clés suivantes :
