As a Field Technician, your duties will encompass both administrative and mechanical maintenance of the company’s assets. You will be tasked with installing, monitoring, and tracking these assets using the installed monitoring devices. Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, execution oversight, and performance evaluation to drive organizational objectives forward. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align initiatives with broader business goals while mitigating risks and resolving operational challenges. Lead teams by delegating tasks, fostering professional development, and maintaining clear communication channels. Asset Readiness & Disbursement involves preparing and distributing financial resources in alignment with organizational policies and project requirements. This role ensures that assets are properly allocated, verified for compliance, and released in a timely manner to support operational and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include validating asset documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to confirm readiness, and executing disbursement processes while adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are essential for success in this position. Upon delivery, conduct a thorough inspection of all company assets to verify their mechanical integrity, confirm receipt of the assets, and subsequently sign the delivery note in accordance with the items received. Any instances of damaged or faulty assets upon delivery must be promptly reported to the Branch Leader, Procurement Officer, and General Manager. Promptly, following the unloading of newly arrived assets and accessories, document and input them into the ERP system for accurate record-keeping. Ensure that all assets maintain consistent branding, are securely stored, and are systematically organized for seamless and prompt retrieval whenever needed for disbursement.

Maintaining accurate records of all company assets in preparation for disbursement within the CRM and ERP systems, ensuring they remain active and traceable on the Eugene dashboard. Ensure that all company-issued assets and accessories are collected and packed on the designated disbursement date. The role involves overseeing inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and optimal storage utilization. Responsibilities include maintaining precise records of incoming and outgoing goods, conducting regular audits to verify inventory accuracy, and implementing systems to streamline inventory processes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with procurement teams to align stock levels with demand forecasts, managing warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards, and utilizing inventory management software to generate reports and analyze performance metrics. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in warehouse management tools are essential for success in this role. All returned pre-owned bicycles must be documented upon arrival at the branch. Update the ERP system by entering the precise details of all stocked assets at the branch—including brand, color, and value—into the inventory register. Maintain accurate and orderly inventory at the branch, ensuring cleanliness and organization are consistently upheld. To guarantee the continuous alignment of both physical inventory and the ERP system’s register, meticulous verification must be performed consistently. Remove the GPS tracking device from the fully assembled assets. GPS units must be procured, inventoried, and made available for installation in alignment with project schedules, while also monitoring stock levels to recommend timely restocking actions to procurement teams. Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels to ensure optimal availability of materials and products. Ensure that GPS devices are made available to all Eugene branches. Maintains and organizes digital and physical records, ensuring accurate filing, retrieval, and security of documents in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include scanning, indexing, and archiving files, as well as managing access permissions and version control. Requires proficiency in document management systems, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to facilitate efficient workflows and retrieval processes. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and basic office software is essential for effective document handling. Ensure that signed delivery notes for all assets, accessories, and spare parts are properly scanned and maintained in both digital and physical formats at the branch. Ensure picking lists are produced from the ERP system, verified with client signatures, and maintained on file at each branch location. Daily verification of physical inventory against system records is conducted to confirm the absence of discrepancies or asset losses. After Sales & Asset Servicing and Maintenance entails overseeing the post-purchase support and upkeep of assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This role involves managing service contracts, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, addressing client inquiries promptly, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in asset management systems. Experience in customer service or technical support within a similar industry is highly desirable.
