Une fois achevé, EACOP Company supervisera l'exploitation de l'oléoduc de brut est-africain, un pipeline de 1 443 kilomètres, isolé thermiquement, conçu pour l'exportation de pétrole brut. Ce pipeline transportera le pétrole de Caballé-Hoima en Ouganda jusqu'à la péninsule de Chongeleani près du port de Tango en Tanzanie, facilitant l'exportation du pétrole brut vers les marchés mondiaux.

Le Transportation Officer est responsable de la supervision du mouvement efficace du personnel, de l'équipement et des fournitures via divers modes de transport. Il assure la conformité avec toutes les directives réglementaires tout en maintenant des enregistrements précis des expéditions, des livraisons et des stocks. Ce rôle implique la coordination avec de multiples parties prenantes, y compris les prestataires logistiques, les fournisseurs et les départements internes, pour optimiser les itinéraires et les horaires de transport. De plus, l'agent surveille les coûts de transport, négocie les contrats avec les transporteurs et résout les défis logistiques qui peuvent survenir.

Collaborer avec les opérations et les expéditeurs en amont pour aligner les prévisions de production, les nominations et la planification des capacités. Fournir une assistance dans la négociation, la finalisation et le suivi des contrats de tarif et de transport pour assurer la conformité et l'efficacité. Préparer et superviser les processus mensuels de facturation des tarifs, suivre les paiements avec diligence, effectuer des rapprochements approfondis et fournir des rapports précis. Coordonner les obligations de reporting et vérifier le respect des contrats commerciaux. Offrir des services de soutien commercial aux opérations en amont et aux installations partagées situées sur le site PS1 à Caballé.

Assurer un soutien opérationnel constant pendant les week-ends dans le cadre des fonctions régulières. Garantir une forte réactivité et un engagement ferme à respecter les délais avec professionnalisme et responsabilité.

Le poste englobe la supervision et la mise en œuvre des protocoles de santé, sécurité et environnement pour assurer la conformité aux normes réglementaires et aux politiques organisationnelles. Les responsabilités incluent la réalisation d'évaluations des risques, l'identification des dangers potentiels et le développement de stratégies d'atténuation pour promouvoir un lieu de travail sécurisé. De plus, le poste exige un reporting approfondi des incidents, une planification de la préparation aux urgences et la promotion d'une culture de sensibilisation à la sécurité parmi les employés. Les candidats doivent satisfaire aux qualifications académiques suivantes : un diplôme de Bachelor dans un domaine pertinent est requis, tandis qu'un Master ou un diplôme supérieur est fortement préféré. De plus, les candidats doivent posséder des certifications spécialisées ou une formation pertinente pour le rôle, le cas échéant. Une expérience professionnelle pertinente peut également être prise en compte en lieu et place de la formation formelle dans certaines circonstances. Un minimum d'un Master en Ingénierie, Finance ou Commerce & Affaires est requis.

Minimum 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 2 ans dédiés aux opérations commerciales et aux rôles de négociation. Recherche de candidats avec un minimum de deux ans d'expérience pratique dans les contrats pétroliers et gaziers, le développement commercial, les opérations de trading, les opérations de production, ainsi que l'équilibre des matières et la comptabilité. La maîtrise des transactions financières constitue une qualification favorable.

Nous recherchons un candidat avec une expertise en compétences techniques, y compris la maîtrise de langages de programmation tels que Python, Java ou C++, ainsi qu'une solide connaissance des méthodologies de développement logiciel comme Agile ou DevOps. L'expérience avec les plateformes cloud (par exemple AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud) et les outils de conteneurisation (par exemple Docker, Kubernetes) est essentielle.
