• Oversee daily branch operations and lead a team of staff members.
• Enforce accurate parcel receiving, scanning, dispatching, and delivery processes.

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related discipline.

• Possess proficiency in computer operations and report preparation.
