Female Branch Supervisor Opportunity at Speed Courier and Logistics – Mchinji Speed Courier and Logistics is seeking a dynamic and qualified female professional to oversee the operations of its Mchinji branch as Branch Supervisor. This role demands a results-driven individual capable of ensuring seamless parcel management, upholding exceptional customer service, and optimizing branch performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations and lead a team of staff members.
  • Enforce accurate parcel receiving, scanning, dispatching, and delivery processes.
  • Uphold high customer service standards and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Compile and submit detailed branch reports to senior management.
  • Guarantee strict adherence to company policies and operational protocols.
  • Foster business expansion and meet or exceed established branch targets. Qualifications and Competencies
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate at least two (2) years of proven supervisory experience.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Possess proficiency in computer operations and report preparation.
