Ce poste combine la vidéographie et le montage vidéo, nécessitant la production de contenus vidéo de haute qualité pour les initiatives de formation, les efforts marketing, les campagnes de collecte de fonds et les communications de marque de One Acre Fund, le tout centré sur l'amplification de la mission de l'organisation, en particulier auprès des jeunes et des femmes agricultrices. sera de documenter les histoires d'agriculteurs illustrant les impacts immédiats et générationnels de nos programmes.
Responsabilités principales :
Production : Capturer des vidéos et audios visuellement frappants et émotionnellement résonnants à l'aide d'appareils photo reflex numériques et de smartphones ; coordonner et diriger les tournages dans tous les pays d'opération en collaboration avec les équipes locales.
Montage : Élaborer des storyboards et des scripts conformes aux briefs de projet ; sous-titrer des vidéos dans sept langues ou plus ; réutiliser des séquences pour diverses applications ; et concevoir des motion graphics sur mesure qui maintiennent la cohérence de la marque.
Narration et entretiens : Identifier et développer des histoires de terrain percutantes à partir de briefs ; mener des entretiens qui suscitent des réponses authentiques et convaincantes pour faire avancer les arcs narratifs ; analyser les rapports des agriculteurs pour conceptualiser des scénarios potentiels et affiner les stratégies d'entretien en conséquence.
Gestion des systèmes : Superviser les freelances ou les équipes désignées par les donateurs lors des tournages ; organiser et maintenir les archives vidéo de One Acre Fund ; établir et gérer le calendrier de production vidéo de l'organisation pour assurer la transparence envers les parties prenantes.
