Poste : Maintenance Clerk

Lieu : Bureaux régionaux (régions du Sud et de l'Est)

Grade : HC 12

Ligne hiérarchique : Superviseur de maintenance / Directeur régional

Responsabilités principales :

Compiler et traiter les rapports soumis par les locataires, en initiant des fiches de travail pour faciliter l'intervention des artisans. Équilibrer les fiches de travail et demander les matériaux pour les unités désignées au sein de la section. Faciliter l'approvisionnement en matériaux demandés par les artisans suite à leurs évaluations. Préparer les feuilles de temps mensuelles et la documentation des heures supplémentaires pour tout le personnel temporaire. Effectuer une vérification sur site des travaux réalisés par les artisans avant la remise finale aux superviseurs ou le traitement des paiements. Préparer et gérer la documentation liée à la maintenance par la saisie et le classement. Tenir des dossiers organisés au sein de la section. Générer et soumettre des rapports d'avancement réguliers à la direction.

Exigences en matière d'éducation et de formation professionnelle :

Qualification minimale de MSCE, complétée par un certificat City and Guilds Grade 1 ou un diplôme en administration des affaires, ressources humaines ou une discipline étroitement liée.

Expérience professionnelle :

Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience pratique dans les opérations de maintenance ou un domaine comparable.

Compétences clés :

Compréhension approfondie des processus et procédures de maintenance. Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité de jugement décisif. Capacité à collaborer efficacement au sein d'une équipe et à travailler de manière indépendante avec une supervision minimale.

Education & Professional Requirements: Minimum qualification of MSCE, supplemented by a City and Guilds Grade 1 Certificate or a diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in maintenance operations or a comparable field. Key Competencies: In-depth understanding of maintenance processes and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and decisive judgment skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
