Résumé du poste : Superviser l'ensemble du processus de production à l'usine de mélange NPK, en garantissant l'efficacité, la qualité et la sécurité dans la fabrication d'engrais. Coordonner les plannings de production, gérer les ressources et diriger une équipe d'opérateurs pour atteindre les objectifs de production. Optimiser les processus afin de réduire les déchets, améliorer le rendement et maintenir des normes de qualité élevées tout en veillant au respect des réglementations HSE.
Responsabilités principales : Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités de production quotidiennes pour atteindre les objectifs de rendement. Gérer le personnel de production, y compris la planification, la formation et l'évaluation des performances. Surveiller les processus de production et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour accroître l'efficacité et réduire les déchets. Assurer la conformité aux normes de qualité et aux exigences HSE.
