OVERVIEW Our client stands as a distinguished property development firm with a core emphasis on constructing high-caliber single and multi-family residences in Ghana, West Africa. Their comprehensive services encompass collaborating closely with clients throughout the entire process, from land acquisition to construction, facilitating seamless transitions into or sales of the developed properties. WHAT YOU WILL DO Oversee daily operations Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage Enforce all workplace policies and procedures Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees Conduct staff performance reviews Maintain and adhere to departmental budget Approve project plans Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards Ensure compliance across the worksite Review all project contracts before submitting to management Answer inquiries from potential project partners Mediate on-site conflicts Prepare and submits bi-monthly progress reports REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Minimum of BSC Architecture or Building Construction from a reputable institution. Must be willing to be on site full time (preferably someone not too far from Prampram .
